Blank eMails, please help. Important emails blank.

Something is wrong. I have received a lot of emails from people saying that
my emails are arriving blank, these emails are blank too, the only way I can
read them is by reading them online, before Outlook downloads them.

eMails of older dates are fine, but now all incoming and outgoing emails are
blank. I see the subject and all other standard info but no text.

Please help. Thank you

Is AVG installed?
If it is then disable AVG email integration.

I have the same problem, and I do run AVG with email integration. Comment and
question: 1) I noticed the data is still there as I can see portions of it in
Auto Preview and in the notice box that pops p in the lower left of the
screen. Just make sure you're leaving copies of your emails on the seerver.
With AVG email disabled, what is the effectiveness of the remaning virus
filtering?

Thanks, disabling this plug-in does help. However, the eMails that were blank
before are still bank. The others can now be seen. Can I somehow still see
the other ones? I suppose I will have to wait for an update for AVG.

very effective. Real time scanning is all you really need.

I know this is not AVG Support, but do you happen to know: if I disable the
eMail plugin will it still warn me if I have a virus in my eMail?

Not AFAIK. I don't know of a way to get the text back from existing emails.

Read through posts in this group - real time scanning is still active and
will alert you if you try to open any attachment that has a detected virus.

AVG is "Grisoft Antivirus" (http://www.grisoft.com/) and you'd know if you
were using it because you would have had to install it.
