Blackberry sync with Exchange sent items folder

I am having a problem and not sure where to search. I have an Exchange
server and a BlackBerry in connection with the emal address. BlackBerry
redirector options do not have the option to synchronize with the sent items
folder. They can only sync with my inbox or ANY custom folders I create.

When I send email via the BB, it uses Exchange so there is a copy of the
sent item on my BB and on the exchange server's "sent items" folder.

But, when I send something using OWA or OUTLOOK from my exchange server,
although it shows up on the Exhange server's sent items, it does not on the
BlackBerry. The only way I know around this is to change the sent items to
be copied or placed intto a custom folder instead of the default "sent items".

That way, BlackBerry redirector can sync or copy a message when sent to a
custom folder. I can do this from a client side rule but can't figure out
how to do this with a an exchnage server side rule or better yet, configure
Exchange to use a custom folder like "Sent Items 2". Any ideas would be
appreciated

I don't have the BB desktop management software handy but I believe in the
Intellisync settings, there's an option for reconciling mail? May do this,
may not - I believe what you're describing is default behavior.
