black screen

Hi, the screen goes black before windows gets started. Is there anything i
can do? do you think it could be a virus or something??

You can try booting in safe mode, and see if it works. If it does you
can try a restore point.

i tried doing it, but the keyboard wont respond, so i cant change to safe
mode!!! : ( it worked when i did the set uo thing, then it stopped working
when i tried changing to safe mode.... is there a way to do it??

Need to know exactly what is happening. You tried safemode(repeatedly
pressing F8 BEFORE windows starts)?
Did anything precipitate this ie installing new software or hardware? Can
you get into the bios?You need to be more clear.

im on the set up starting page, and the keyboard is working properly, but i
dont know what to do here... then if i go out it restarts, and says the
computer wasnt shut down properly... i should choose safemode, but the
keyboard doesnt respond!

help me please....
i didnt add any programm, but ive been using lots limewire... do u think it
could be a virus??

Which start page? safemode? windows? bios?
Is english your first language? If not I would suggest posting to a group in
your native language as it is very hard to understand you.
