I was hoping that somebody could help me out.
I am running XP pro on a laptop.
Yesterday while running a few programs on my desktop the PC froze, not allowing me to interact with it in any way (ie it wouldnt register mouse movements, keystrokes or ctrl-alt-del).
Therefore I turned it off the old fashioned way, by holding down the manual start button.
When I restarted it, there was absolutely nothing showing on the screen, no info, no option for safe mode, nothing.
It sounds like it is booting normally, but there is nothing on screen. I've repeated this process a few times with the same results everytime. Is my laptop toast? It certainly doesnt sound like it is?
What can I do with this?
