BItware NT Agent Class

Hi
I really need help please, before I go insane.
Everytiem I Start the pc , it takes for ever and the following message
appears
Bitware NT Agent Class WCNt Agent not found.
Can someone please tell what it means, and how i fix, also is this causing
my pc to start up real slow, when it has started it runs fine.

Control Panel/Network Connections folder, rightclick Connection icon, Properties, highlight bitware protocol, and uncheck the
checkbox.
