BITS 2.0 ? won't

Hello All

I'm doing a XP Embedded that shall include ;
..NET 1.1
..NET 2.0
BITS 1.1 ?
BITS 2.0
to run a service that uses BITS 2.0 ,( plus other apps. )

TD won't install .NET 1.1 and 2.0 together
so I install ".NET 1.1" + "Background Intelligent transfer service" via TD,
and after
FBA I install "dotnetfx..." and everything seems OK. I can install the
service
and Event viewer tells me the service is up an running . ok
but when the service is to "run" it gives me and error like this in
eventviewer for XXX.Agent :

Prob. solved ...?

BITS did not registrer correctly ? in registry
run this and it's ok :
