Bitmap SysTrayMenu missing

I get a error message that says Critical Resources seem to be missing (Bitmap
SysTrayMenu) Does anyone know anyway to fix this?

From these two sources, I get the impression that it's a problem with
your SBC Yahoo! DSL connection, or its "2Wire" software. Perhaps a
reinstall of the software, or calling SBC Yahoo! for support..
