Here is my problem. I run chkdsk and before finishes it gives me some
warnings and errors. I cut and pasted what it says. What I dont know is what
the heck is wrong or how to fix it. I have run chkdsk with the /f fix and
restarted. But once its finished I run chkdsk to see if it fixed the problem
and i get what you see below which means it didnt fix it. I am running
windows xp pro, Any help on how to repair the bitmap or this file system
problem would be helpful thank you.

Correcting errors in the master file table's (MFT) BITMAP attribute.
Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.
Windows found problems with the file system.
Run CHKDSK with the /F (fix) option to correct these.

Do it outside of the OS and use the chkdks /f /r in tandem... More
