BIOS & Memory Viruses

I was wondering if i had a virus in my BIOS or Ram, that
if i reformated my pc would those Viruses be gone after
reformating or would they just reinfect the new
installation?

You can't have a virus in your RAM or BIOS.

Are you sure that i can't have any viruses there, i have
heard of this before but maybe it's tied to viruses on the
HD that run in memory...?

You can't have a virus in your bios period full stop end of discussion.

Viruses exist in memory only while the computer is switched on and after
they have been loaded from disk.
