bigwebportal (searchbar)

I don't know how this got onto my computer but it
automatically makes itself my home page in IE 6. I've
tried erasing all files with that name, but they keep
coming back and making the hotweb search engine my home.
Bigwebportal has become one of the options in the view
menu as well and I don't know how to remove it. Any help
would be appreciated. I'm running windows 98SE. Thanks.
