Big Harddisk

My Windows 2000 pro can only see a 120 GB harddisk, but my Windows XP can see a 160 GB harddisk. What can I do.
 
Check with the manufacturer of the motherboard in the Windows
2000 box for a BIOS update that supports 48 bit LBA addressing.
After updating the BIOS, then update Win2K to SP4.
