bibliography and changing labelling

hello
I'm stuck. My prof wants that my bib/references includes the names of all
the authors. If I use the bib thing from word, I can write all the names in
there, but then when i put my references in there, it only writes the first
name, and not the rest of the authors. How can I change that?

and I have my heading as Chapter 1, etc. Now I have tons of tables and
figures and want to label them figure 1.1 figure 1.2 and so on. But since my
chapters don't say 1. 2. 3... it doesn't do the labeling. When i try to
change it by hand, it always goes back to its own labeling. Now my numbering
is Figure 1.0.2 and crap like that. How can I change it so that My label says
Figure and I just write in the numbering myself???
I hope somebody can help me soon!

Regarding your first question. The number of authors listed in your
bibliography depends on the bibliographic style you use.
