Best way to restrict access to disk managment through computer managment

I have windows XP pro on a home computer used by several users, I would
like to find the best way to restrict access to disk manager when
accessed through control panel>administrative tools>computer managment.

Help appreciated.

Since XP Home doesn't have the ability to set fine-grained permissions
and restrictions natively, use either MVP Doug Knox's Security Console
or the MS Shared Computer Toolkit.
