Best VGA cooler

its summer, and my video card is feeling it!
so my question is what is a good or best Video card fan/heatsink?
im think something like
Zalman
Arctic cooling
others?

Im looking for a reasonable drop in temps and a relativly quite one too.
any feedback is helpful

I've been looking at the Arctic Coolers for GFX cards, they seem to be the best. Couple of my mates got em, and are getting a good overclock and being cool and quiet at the same time.
Haven't had any first hand experience of the Zalmans etc but i here good things about them, apart from that i read that they are a bugger to fit on some cards. but dont quote me on that.
I seen some good reviews of the Vantec VGA coolers.

My choice would be the Arctic Coolers any day!
