Best SYSPREP to Use for Windows 2000?

Is each SYSPREP unique to the one OS on whose install CD it is distributed?
For Windows 2000, what is the best version to use?

They behave a bit differently - different versions... At least the
win2k-included sysprep works in XP too, but AFAIK not the other way
round. So better use win2k sysprep on win2k.
