best product for voice recording

I was wondering was is the best product for voice
recorder for at least up to 5.5 hours?

I want it able to play back on the device and import to a
computer using USB?

Would someone know the best device for this?

I'm not really sure what you are trying to do. You can record from a microphone
without time limits using Audacity. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
