Best Print Server

Hello all, I've been having problems where the print spooler service
keeps crashing. I figured that I would put the printers on a dedicated
print server device such as the one by D-Link. Unfortunately, it
hasn't gone smoothly. I can't seem to make the thing "see" the second
printer. Does anyone recommend a print server device that I might try?

Hello Nick,

What operating system do you use? And do you have errors in the event viewer
from the print spooler service? Then post the complete errors here. Normally,
if you have network printers you can just connect them to a switch. Please
give some more info about your setup.

Best regards

I've had good luck using a run-of-the-mill windows workstation as my print
server. Or, if I'm lucky enough to have HP laser printers, I have each
workstation print directly to the printer via IP.
