Best Document on how to upgrade/migrate to Win2k Server

Could someone tell me what the best "how to" document
would be to upgrade/migrate my servers over to Win2k
Active Directory from NT 4.0 PDC/BDC? It seems like there
is a lot of problems when doing this. I am just looking
for the best way.

There are basically 2 ways to move from NT 4.0 to Win 2k

Upgrade by upgrading the PDC first

Both ways have their pros and cons.You should *really* read up on both ways,
depending on what you want the final Win 2k domain to look like determines
whether you upgrade or migrate.



For example will you need to keep NT 4.0 BDCs on the new domain? If yes, you
can't migrate to Win 2k because it requires the Win 2k domain to be in
Native mode which does not support NT 4.0 BDCs.
