PDC, BDC upgrade

Hi,

This is our scenario:

1x PDC NT4 SP6a
2x BDC NT4 SP6a also both running Exchange 5.5


These are in the domain "sales", however we have a Win2k domain called
"admin" that we would like to migrate everything into. What is the best
way to do this? I know if we simply upgrade the NT4 servers they will still
be members of the "sales" domain, so how can I upgrade them as members of
the Win2k "admin" domain?
