Behavior of Junk Mail Filter on Outlook 2003 after SP2 & Filter up

I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this:
I have WinXP with two user accounts. I normally leave Outlook running under
both profiles, (they each have their own .pst file and mail accounts). Since
installing SP2 and the latest junk mail filter update I have discovered that
the junk mail filter will only work in the Outlook on either one profile or
the other, (whichever one Outlook was opened on first). The only way to have
the junk mail filter work under both user accounts is to close Outlook on one
account before switching to the other. This was not a problem before these
recent updates.
Does anyone have any information or workarounds for this issue?

Outlook never ran under multiple profiles.

Hi Milly, We must be talking about two different things, because I've been
running Outlook simultaneously under two different WinXP user accounts since
WinXP was introduced. I've always been able to leave them both running, (each
under it's own WinXP user account), with no problem. But since the most
recent updates (installed on my system 9/28) when I open Outlook under one
user account it seems to "grab" the junk mail filter and not allow the other
user account's Outlook to use it, unless I close Outlook on the first user
account before opening it on the other one. I hope that clears up the issue I
was talking about it. Any thoughts?

User Accounts != profiles.

Since I don't use Fast User Switching (domain account here) I don't know if
it changed or not. Sorry.
