behavior differences in resolution

Please help! I am fairly new to this, but have created a pretty cool
website. How can I create it so that appears on all resolutions nicely? I
created on high resolution, but it appears HUGE on lower ones. I created on
lower ones and it only fills half the page on higher ones. Any suggestions?

What's the URL so we can take a look? You can use tables and cells set to
fixed widths to "lock" your content to a specific size - regardless of the
resolution.
