Page Sizing and Resizing

I created a FrontPage website with a page size of 1261 X 820 (default I guess).
I was then told by people who have 800 X 600 resolution monitors/settings that
the webpages are TOO LARGE for their screens and they have the annoying
challenge of having to scroll to see the page.

Is there any way I can easily change the size of the webpage in FrontPage?
Can I then give the visitor the option of viewing it in either the higher or
lower resolution?
What am I faced with here? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

You will have to rebuild your page to be either a maximum width of
760px, or flexible so that it expands and contracts according to the
size of the browser portal.
Screen resolution has little to do with the browser portal width -
resolution merely places a maximum width on the browser, the minimum
width (in IE7) is 100px, though very few (nobody?) will browse with
that.

FrontPage 2003 provides several choices for the design width - 760x425
will fit a 800x600 screen.
See http://www.thepattysite.com/window_sizes1.cfm for more information.
