My Win2000 Server currently has all the latest service
packs (SP4) and hot fixes applied. When I connect to a
terminal service session with the Remote Desktop
Connection, I'll sometimes receive the following message
and will lose my connection:

Because of an error in data encryption, this session will
end. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.


Can someone please help resolve?

stream?

We have a dsl/vpn connection to a remote office, and get
this sometimes. I've done all patches/fixes and it
doesn't help. It seems to be a dsl/phone line quality
problem, the signal just goes bad.
This isn't from any kind of encryption on top of rdp, this
error is from whatever encryption rdp uses.
