"Because of error in data encryption etc"

I try to connect from my "windows 2000 professional" pc to my dcs in "windows 2003 server standard edition" with the remote desktop tool and i obtain the message "Because of error in data encryption, this session will end. Please try connecting to the remote computer again" over and over again.
Can somebody give me someone help?
