BCM Install Files

Hello,

I have a few users running Office 2003 Pro and want to install BCM for them.
I always have issues when using the "BCM Update for Outlook" CD that I have.

Where online can I find the executable download for BCM for existing
installs of Outlook 2003?

Is it OK to install this over an already running version of 2003?

I have a very sensitive user with tons of data and her Outlook syncs with a
BlackBerry and the BB Desktop Manager. I just want it to be seemless without
losing or reconfiguring Outlook specific data.

I have but I always back up both my PST and BCM files. I don't sych with
anything so I can't comment on that.

BCM will not modify her data, but you should backup her PSTs.

They are in "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook"

The fastest way to get there is to click start -> run ->
"%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" -> OK

I would anticipate issues with syncing data to blackberry, but we do sync
well to Windows Mobile.
