BCM for Outlook 2003 will not install

After I installed Office Professional 2003 I tried to install the BCM. It
will not install properly and it causes errors in Outlook. I had Outlook 2003
with BCM previously installed on this computer and a file with Business
Contacts. I had to reformat my hard drive and re-install everything and now I
can't install BCM. Please help.

What's the error?

After I install BCM and open Outlook, I continuously get the error that BCM
fails to open and Outlook tries to reopen. This happens over and over again.
Finally I have to uninstall BCM for Outlook to work.

Hard to tell, but based on earlier traffic here, I would first try
uninstalling .NET 2, and letting BCM reinstall it.
