BCM crashed - reinstalled - now I can't see BCM in Oulook

I could use "Accounts" but when I clicked on any "Business Contact" it would
crash. It may have something to do with the fact that I designed and was
using a customized form - but then I had been doing so for over a year. Maybe
on of the Microsoft updated caused a software conflict.
Anyway I uninstsalled all of office 2003 then reinstaslled it. All working
OK except that I now can't find Business contact Manager options on my
Outlook toolbar.
I just don't know what to do next!
Help!!!!!!!

Yes I did - no error messages during either installation - also shows up in
the add or remove programs list with microsoft professional edition 2003, and

Add a BCM database from File -> Manage data files

Then import your previous backup.

I am now experiencing the same problem. I also used a customized form and
then had problems. After reinstalling Outlook and BCM, I had the same
issues. I have been scouring the knowledge base with no luck. Any
suggestions?

Hi

BCM V3 does support customization of forms, however it is currently
available as Beta 2 Technical refresh

The product should be available some time next year along with office 2007
as
a complete version

This exact same thing is happening to me in an Office 2007 enviroment,
Re-installed BCM, Office, No love. I am going to try to blow away the profile
and re-create soon...

The BCM add-in may have been disabled by Outlook when it crashed.

In the Windows Registry check:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.3
The value of LoadBehavior should be 3 for Outlook to load it.
