BCM account view

I have gone into business contact manager and in all my accounts for some
reason under account history all my emails are listed that are in my inbox?
there is no trace of preious notes i have put in to these accounts. i have
tried shutting down and restaring incase there was a glitch, however, no joy.
i have also tried detect and repair recieved a few updates but still no joy.
Any ideas?

Also it will not allow me to add anything to account history or business
contacts within the account window.

Hi

Can you search for the file Outlook.box and rename the same to
outlook.old.Hope this helps

Searched for outlook.box and renamed to outlook.old, but the emails are still
showing in account history?

Hi

Make sure you have Business Tool if present you go to tools > option > other
advanced > custom form > and try clearing the cache for each of the
forms.Also check if the issue occurs with a dummy database for BCM(creating
a new database).
