BCM 2003 Lost!!!!!

I have been only using BCM for a few weeks and it has been very useful in
keeping track of all my communications with my clients. Then today I
attempted to add an appointment to one business contact, to find my entire
INBOX in the Account History box. I checked other Accounts, and Business
Contacts, they all have my INBOX "linked" to their History Box. It is like I
have lost BCM and eveything I have done to this point. HELP!!!!

That's (Inbox in every grid view) usually a symptom that Outlook's
form cache is corrupt.

Try clearing the form cache. This used to be very popular, so
searching the history of this group should bring up the exact sequence
of commands to clear the cache or delete the cache file. This problem
tended to go away after Outlook fixed a bug with a Service Pack, so
you should ensure your Outlook is up to date to keep this from
happening again.
