BCM 2007 members do not see changes made by others

Members are attached to central database PC and make changes at their own PC.
However, others cannot see their changes. How long before the update
propagates to the member PCs? I am assuming it will happen with time. Is
there a way to adjust the update interval?

My experience is that updates take a second or so.

If you have a form open, you need to close it and reopen for theform
to pick up the new data.
