Bazaar Problem with Outlook

Installed Roxio Creator 10 and developed a problem with Outlook 2007. I
quickly uninstalled Roxio and did a system restore. All was well. A year or
so later had a lapse of memory and reinstalled Roxio and the problem with
Outlook occurred again. This time I decided to let Roxio stay and I would
find a way to correct the problem with Outlook. No solution so I did a
uninstalled of Office and then a reinstall, twice. Problem still remains:

When I start Outlook it comes up and then starts to fire up Word, but
doesn't completely. When this happens I cannot work with Outlook unless I
click on the Outlook icon in my task bar a couple of times. This generally
opens two attempts at opening Word ( I have two Word icons in my windows task
bar). Sometimes when I go from email to calendar, or change to any other
Outlook activity and I have to go through the clicking in the task bar
routine. It is quite annoying and BAZAAR. Lately I have been experiencing
intermittent times where Outlook doesn't want to send my emails. I think my
problem is growing.

It is so weird that I'm quite open to a complete uninstall and reinstall of
Office but since I've done this not once but twice without solving my
problem, I need to know how to get every particle of gone, so that it is
truly a fresh install.

Please help!!!!!!!!

Roxio doesn't install any word or outlook addins, does it? I don't think it
does, but googling for roxio and outlook, I see more than a few people with
issues and apparently the photoshow tool accesses the address book. So...
start by checking the installed addins. (Tools, trust center, addins in
outlook 2007, tools, options, other, advanced in older versions)
