Hi,

I have set a few items to startup automatically but Utorrent fires up before
my firewall is loaded and this causes problems with connection.

Is there a way to solve this ?

Don't have Utorrent start automatically.

See if this optional update helps, provided that you're not using any
third-party firewall. "You cannot create a network connection when you
are starting a Windows XP SP2-based computer"
