Basic questions about video cards

May I ask a few very basic questions about video cards please?

1. What is the PRO version as opposed to the XT and SE versions?
2. The XT I noticed comes either with or without Half-Life 2 coupon. What
is that?
3. What is overdrive?

Alternatively where can I find this information simply explained?

For ATI, XT is the best, then Pro, then no postfix, then SE (which is
considerably cheaper and slower than the rest)

is that? "

It's a coupon for the game Half-Life 2, the release of which has been
delayed until September 2004.


" 3. What is overdrive? "

Overdrive is a function on the latest drivers for ATI XT cards. It
over-clocks them to levels that are considered safe. It's useful for the
novice who doesn't know too much about over-clocking, but advanced users
prefer to go beyond the levels that Overdrive reaches.
