Try "DLULMeter". It's feature and option packed. It's a very well-behaved
little tray app. I give it a 9/10 despite the silly name.

Onlineeye costs 15$ but is so much better than any of this freeware
proggies,
I've tested them all, some of them are quit good, its like driving a
mazda if you can drive a porsche.
