Bad Mouse under XP

I have a Lgictech mouse that runs wild when installd in XP Home. t is
a usb mouse. that is really wild. When I run it as a ps2 mouse using
an adpater it settles down and bil but is still to wold not ot be
annoying.

How do I fix this

Go to your control panel and double click the mouse
Change the speed, in the settings.
