Bad Image Error

Ok when i open some programs, such as realplayer, aim,
msnm, and some other i get this bad image error, that says
whateverprogram - Bad Image<--- that's the header, then
"The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll is
not a valid windows image. Place check this against your
installation dikette."
Now what do i do to fix this problem?

delete all temp.int.files as well as cookies and try:-
Start > Run >sfc\ scannow> ok
