Backup

There appears to be lots of backup programs for outlook and
favorites.....does anyone have a favorite prorgram or could suggest a
program for outlook and favorites.....or, do most people use the Microsoft
suggested instruction backup procedure...it seems to be rather cumbersome
and time consuming...perhaps I am wrong though....thanks..Gary

The MS OL backup addin is fine, and free.
There are numerous backup apps available from shareware sites, for other
data
