Does anyopne know how I can get NTbackup.msi, the backup
utility that is suppose to be my Windows HomE CD-Rom.
I've searched for it...it's not there.

If this is an OEM disk, it may not be there. Otherwise, after you insert the
CD and the Autorun Menu starts, close the menu. Then open Windows Explorer
and browse to D:\Valueadd\MSFT\NTBackup
Double-click NTBACKUP.MSI. (Assuming that D is your CD drive)
