Trying to do a backup (Windows XP) and cannot find option to do this. Can someone help

What are you trying to backup? You should be using a CD-RW drive to burn
copies of your data to disks.

There are limitations with this utility, such as it is not able to span
disc, use external devices directly, etc. Depending on your need, you may
want to consider using a product like Ghost 2003, Drive Image 7 or True
