Hi

I want to back up all files on my HDD partitioned into 3.
I also want to back up the system state data as well. But
what I want to be able to do is restore to a location on
one of the drives(folder) to actually test the intergrity
of the backup. I need a step by step approach to do this

Thanks

To backup the sys. files, in order to enable a complete restore of the sys
you ideally need an App such as Norton Ghost, to create an image file. Not
quite the same as a backup.
To backup up data files either use the MS Backup utility or a third party
App. These usually have the ability to test the integrity of the backup
file.
