Backup while busy in XP

XP has a feature that allows backup software to make an image of some busy
files.

Apparently not all files qualify for this.

Does anyone know if Access - .mdb files qualify for this type of backup?

Even if it does qualify (and I doubt it does), it's never a good idea to
attempt to backup a database while it's open. You definitely run the risk of
backing it up in an inconsistent state.
