Windows XP Backup Utility

Get this, I was trying to Backup my registry and I realized that XP Home doesn't have the utility installed. You have to re-insert the disk and install the feature. ......I bought a machine with Home installed on it already so it doesn't come with the Windows disk. I called Toshiba to ask them what I'm supposed to do...idiots. I call the worst company on earth, Microsoft... the lady tells me that I have to pay $40 to ask a tech if I can download it from the site!!! OMG, all I want is a yes or no; I can't be the only one this has ever happened to.

I hate Microsoft...

Anyway,

Does anyone know if I can use my copy of XP Pro and install the utility?

I would not rely on NTBackup ... invest in a "proper" back-up program.
