Backup Software

I am looking for a utility that I can put onto XP machines, that, when
the user selects the shutdown button, will run and syncronise some
files/directories on their machine with backup directory located on one
of our linux servers. This is one way process (from their machine to the
server). Anyone know of/has used/is using such a utility?

Use a logoff script.
