Everytime I back up my computer I get a pop up box that says
HEUR-DBLEXT/Crypted. I try to delete it, quantine it, rename it, etc and
cannot do it. I run all my virus and malware programs and cannot find it. I
have searched the internet over and no one has any information about a threat
by that name but even when I clean my registry with registry cleaner and try
to backup my computer I still get these pop up boxes and there are about six
or more per backup. What can I do?
