BackUp Error

I am trying to install the Personal Folders Backup (pfbackup.exe). I closed
Outlook, downloaded the program and attempted to run it. I am told that this
already exists on this box. It's possible, but I do not see it. I am
prompted to delete from the Add/Remove Programs area of Control Panel. When
I look through the list, I do not see this program.

Does anyone know the name of the entry in Add/Remove Programs?
Does anyone know of another way to find and remove this program?

I am running XP SP2 and Outlook 2003.

While I did not see this:
"In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Outlook
Personal Folders Backup and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box
appears, follow the instructions to remove the program."
that is not listed in Add/Remove Programs.

Ideas?
