Outlook 2007 Backup tool

I have an up-to-date Vista with Outlook 2007 installed.
I want to backup all of my folders so I downloaded the pfbackup.exe tool.
Upon attempting to install it I get a warning that it does not have a
digital certificate, (ok fine I ignore this and continute with the install),
then I get an Error dialog box with "This is not a valid Win32 application".
The End. [Not installed].
Any clues as to why?

Just copy the pst file (with Outlook closed) at regular intervals....

Thats likely to be a Vista issue (Permissions?)
