problem with Outlook 2007 backup

Hi everybody,

Just received my brand new PC with Vista Ultimate, Outlook 2007.
I decided to install right away the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders
Backup tool.

The installation seemed to be OK. However the backup is not available in the
File menu.

Going to Control Panel I can see that this utility is present in the list of
programs installed.

I deleted this application and re-installed it, to no avail.

Any clue?

It will not appear until you close Outlook and reopen. Could that be the
problem? Also make sure you have setup your mail accounts and mail profile in
OL.

Thank you so much for your reply.

No, this command doesn't appear when I close then re-open Outlook, or
restart the PC. Real strange.
My mail accounts and profile are set up.

so, I just don't know what to do now.
All your ideas are welcome.
