backing up

Is there a built in utility in WinXP Pro to backup all on my HDD to CD
RW's?

I see the option to backup to a file or tape. Are those the only
options without using a thrid party application? And I have to use a
3rd party app. can anyone recommend one?

No.

No, the other options are HDD or floppy.

I use TrueImage from www.acronis.com, backs up in Windows and restores on boot.
