Backing Up

I'm attempting to backup up Outlook Express folders to a
CD. I've followed the steps of going to "My Computer,"
selecting the OE folders>under File and Folder Tasks,
Click to expand...
clicking Copy the selected items. In the Copy Items
dialog box, I click the CD recording drive (D), and then
click Copy. However, I then get a message that
says, "Destination folder is a subfolder of the source
folder," and it will not copy. I don't get it. Do you,
please?
