Burn Photo CD from My Pictures

Windows Help Topic tells me to use the Copy this folder or Copy seleted items
in Picture Tasks. That's exactly what I want to do, but this command is not
available in my Picture Tasks. Alternatively, when I select the desired
folders, the CD Drive "D:\ is not accessible." I get the same message when I
select the CD Drive in My Computer. However, I can and do select that drive
to record music CDs using Windows Media Player. Can someone tell me what to
do to get my CD Drive recognized as a destination for the photo files in My
Pictues?

Common Tasks is turned on from Tools>Folder Options> General Tab

"Copy Folder" requires a folder full of Pictures to be INSIDE the My
Pictures folder, and you must highlight the folder you want to copy.
"Copy Selected" appears AFTER you highlight a picture or pictures.
